1. Login Page

On the login page, you need to enter your username, password, and select the interface language.

2. Home Page

The home page displays general statistics on the condition of assets and departments, information about current inspections, and shared interface elements available on all pages: interface language selector, main menu (collapsible), and quick access panel to pages for assets, indicators, departments, inspections, templates, checklists, and users.

3. Main Menu and Quick Access Menu Items

The main menu contains a list of workspaces available to the current user and links to the following pages: (Workspace: Admin)

• Current Activity - To Do
• Current Activity - Closed
• Assets
• Indicators
• Departments
• Inspections
• Inspection Templates
• Checklists
• Users
• Dictionaries
• Classifiers - Object Classifiers
• Classifiers - Inspection Classifiers
• Nextcloud
• Logout – exits the system and returns to the login page.

(Workspace: Support)

• Support - QR Code
• Logout – exits the system and returns to the login page.

The "Work" workspace includes menu items from the "Admin" space available to the current user who is not an administrator or manager.

For the superuser, the main menu includes two items:

• Account
• Recalculation

The quick access menu consists of icons that lead to the following pages:

• To Do
• Assets
• Indicators
• Departments
• Inspections
• Inspection Templates
• Checklists
• Users

4. Conducting Inspections

Inspections can be created automatically according to a schedule or manually by the user. When creating an inspection, you can use a ready-made template from the Inspection Templates page or use the “Create Inspection” dialog, which opens with the (+) button on the Inspections page, as well as via the (+) button in the Asset Details.
